We have a serious issue that needs addressing. We have Downshire Capital telling folks that the company needs to raise $500K through the selling of stock. We have the company saying they're not selling stock, meanwhile NITE is parked below .20 laughing his azz off at anyone buying the stock right now.

There is absolutely no doubt that this thing is heading for either .02 or $2.00
