nando, a while back I posted that I thought the manufacturing contract was fair and well written.

But, I was a little was concerned from a Globetel shareholder standpoint until I came to section h.

I glad you posted it as it shows that Jon and Peter were serious and intended to protect our IP. Uli probably thought it was business as usual....I don't know, but Jon is very good legally from what I've seen and I look forward to seeing the outcome, from a shareholder standpoint of course.

In the case a default is not cured by Altvater, Altvater shall lose all rights granted to him under this agreement including but not limited to those set forth in section entitled "Consideration to Altvater" and any unvested stock options granted to Altvater shall be lost.
