So what is the diabolical reasoning for sueing for return of the test equipment if they know they missed 6 payments and the agreement clearly states that Trimax owns it after default on 2 payments?

and why didn't Trimax release the information on default after one month instead of waiting for 3 months? Just being nice after they got flipped out of the company and everybody there or formerly there was already angry at Globetel?

Also Trimax' idea of payment under the terms of the contract could be different than Globetel's, meaning that Globetel could have payed but Trimax is taking the position that more is owed than Globetel understands is owed.

Plenty isn't known and what is known doesn't add up. all imo.
