Could someone please explain "material" event...

as it applies to GlobeTel? Do all public companies have to report material events? When the company had eviction proceedings started at their largest location, is that not a material event? Do they not have to because they are no longer on the AMEX? Do they not have to because their financials are currently suspended and they are under SEC investigation? I would have to think some of these events they have not reported have been "material".

If anyone could help, I would sure appreciate it.
