Ok. Let me read it again.

Yeah that sounds like more. At first I thought they set up ONE hot spot at the end of the link as a test of the link and it worked. Now with the "series of point to multipoint connections" language it sounds like they set up several local boxes and made a bigger hotspot, much bigger than a coffee shop's hot spot for example. It is not a 30km hot spot certainly though.
