I appreciate your interest in our company. Actually, there is quite a bit of information about eDoorways in our filings.

We are in the process of ramping up our IR and PR as we move toward the first phase of eDoorways completion.

You should be receiving more information soon in the form of press releases and detailed filings.

Regarding our share structure, there are 320 million shares issued and outstanding with 1 billion authorized. Most of the shares are held by our funding source, NIR, which is a hedge fund in NYC.

Yes, I am an investor. And yes I have contacted several of your consultants.
My intent was to back up my initial want to purchase stock in your company. I'm
not sure how you invest, but I can't sit back idly and watch my stocks. I
research, buy, and then continue to research. This is especially true when I'm
involved with highly volatile otcbb and pink sheet stocks. There have been too
many times where the news never comes or the share price just continues to drop.

But the only thing I want help with is more information. I'm interested in
knowing the current share structure. Also, I have received a short synopsis from
your IR firm concerning edoorways. Anything that you feel would be helpful to
me would be greatly appreciated.
