Doesn't matter anymore Sam all in the past and living in Silicon Valley I can safely say to you it is the negotiation of the employment contract that counts. That is why so many x-employees are pissed off they did not negotiate well enough.
Too bad for them. Lets move on now nothing here to see or say that hasn't already been said or re-hashed 1million and one times.
