I tried to short the stock, 75K shares, this morning but my brokerage would not allow it.

Reason:

Heavy rains, wells underwater between the levees. If sales/cashflow was an issue with the light/normal rains the past couple of months it will be huge deal with the very heavy rains of the past week.

Drilling rig sitting idle for months south of intersection of Vivian/Hosston road and LA 71. Sellers not paid, IMHO repossession is immiment.

Selling tubular goods to raise cash.

Firing/laying off good folks with 25+ years w/ Petrol. Think that is going to hack somebody off?

Compliance orders with the State are not attended to. Probable net result, suspension of permission to sell oil.
