"GlobeTel is not filing bankruptcy"...this is a true statement Bleckman. Perhaps in time you will seek Chapters 11, 13, or even 7.

The question is...are there multiple parties seeking involuntary BK...which is decision that you, as the esteemed director of Investor Relations....can't do jack squat about.
