Hi Lagoncho,

Cornell's permission is needed for a very simple reason: they have leins on substantially all of MOBL's tangible assets as collateral against the $18,000,000 that MOBL currently owes Cornell. Those leins need to be released in order for USA Telephone to take possession of the assets in the sale.

As far as monthly payments to Cornell (rather than an immediate full re-payment), I don't think that is very likely given the history during the past two years.

On the other hand, I would not be opposed to it so long as ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS ARE IN CASH. Any further payments in shares to Cornell really would be disastrous, as we're way to ver-diluted already due to mis-management of debt by the current management.

If Cornell were willing to wait on getting fully re-paid, well - frankly we could use the cash to progress further on Kite- it's a cash-hungry enterprise to be sure ...

Take care, and happy investing/trading to all!
