reelseer- fair point to you. I've kept my distance on this cuz it doesn't seem to be affecting price one way or another, and biocentric must have known about it in advance- SEC is public. But the retired shares and the number being contended are so close I can't see them not being the same. The USSE pr on the shares did say they were 'restricted'.
