MCCY problems: No audited financials, no postings to the SEC since early 2001, its a shell company? No name of the company who is giving them $19 million in contracts, asking a marketing manager to give an interview to MN1.com instead of the CEO, current transfer agent says he aint officially the agent

the problems are vast, pink sheet it is forever :(
