Hi mike306oh,

I don't understand why you (and a couple of other posters)are stating today that Cornell is here to stay.

As of the PR one week ago (7/2//07) announcing the sale to USA Telecom, I understood that Cornell should be out of MOBL's hairs in 90 to 120 days (i.e. when AFN and Closecall close- the so-called 'second closing'). Since then I have also seen the timeline referred to as 'by November', but I view that as a conservative stipulation of the same timeline.

Perhaps I am missing something, but for some reason a few are stating today that 'Cornell is here to stay', presumably for longer than the October/November timeline. If you would be kind enough, please elaborate as to why you think Cornell's involvement with us has now been extended. Thanks!
