Dear Sirs:

I recently tested BitDefender Pro, and had just about decided to buy it, when I ran the Registry Clean function of my utilities program, Ace Utilities, http://www.acelogix.com/ , which seems to interpret some part of BitDefender as a defective driver, resulting in a complete system crash, i.e., the "Blue Screen of Death." I ran the repair function of BitDefender, but to no avail, my system crashes every time I tried to run the Registry Clean function of AU. Only by uninstalling BitDefender was I able to clean my registry.

If there is any hope that this problem can be fixed quickly, please let me know, as I am otherwise quite happy with BitDefender, but as things stand now I cannot use it. I also have several friends in the same position, i.e., they already use Ace Utilities and, at my urging, have been considering switching to BitDefender, but cannot do so until/unless this problem is solved.
