Mike, as sad as it is to face the truth the only answer that makes any sense is the following, which is only MHO.

They never had any intention of doing the deal, I think this is indicated by the very heavy selling into the very heart of any attempt at an upmove after the PR and TXHE's 8K.

That is when I started having doubts. Then the PR concerning tge Easter project and the wording in the PR and then after the 15 days no filing re: the closing.

It appears to me that TXHE was in on this pump & dump. Notice that TXHE's 8k was filed after the deadline for payment had ALREADY PASSED.

I would like to know if anyone at TXHE recieved shares of MXXR in exchange for this 8K and the "deal"?

If the consultants (meaning everyone there because they are all consultants) believed for one second these deals were for real they would have held their shares and waited for the PPS to climb higher. But as we know they did not and if any one were to check the OS I'll bet it is over 350 million.

Now we get a report that the website is gone, there is no phone number to call anyone at the company, even the alledged Kon is not answering his phone and I have an email from John saying Kon is out of the country for the summer and not able to be reached.

Then this happens and bang, Kon is back emailing investors.

IMHO this is down the toilet, my guess is they will sell the assests (Clovelly) to a private company, which they will also own huge parts of, then they will go back and drill Clovelly, and fix Buck Snag and pump the assests out just as they have pumped the assests out of the investors.

As I mentioned already, one who used to post here claiming to know the insiders is now no longer posting.

the truth is there is no company office for them to turn the lights off, they rented a virtual office with a bimbo that answers the phone lines for maybe 40=50 such empty sites, all there was was an answering machine that she forwarded all phone calls to.

And someone even suggesting that they think there may b e merger with TXHe is pure BS.
