I hope you are wrong but the 11% Clovelly issue confounds me. Why risk potentially over $100 million in revenue over a $25,000 payment, or lack thereof? If you don't intend to pay the $25,000 (due to previous payment issues with Texhoma or whatever the reason may be), then don't enter into an agreement to pay Texhoma $25,000 in the first place. I sincerely hope Clovelly gets cleared up quick with MXXR obtaining the additional 11% stake but, if they failed to make the $25,000 payment required, I'm not sure it's going to be that easy.
