I think perhaps people are missing my point. Normally there are three broad types of people posting on a stock board:
a) Long
b) Short
c) Company (although it has been a year or more since I have seen a company officer post on a board)
But in this case there is a fourth type - the lawyer or anyone else that stands to make a lot of money beyond the per share amount that the average shareholder will make from a lawsuit. At the expense of the current shareholder.
