Like you, I am not participating in the law suit because they rarely amount to much of a benefit to shareholders; they are designed to enrich the lawyers; and I personally made a lot of money on the DNDN swings, so I can not complain much from a financial viewpoint, although I would have made a lot more had I known about the 483 as I would not have held to much of my stock position through May 9.

However, I agree with Sam that the CEO and other board members selling shares on that knowledge while keeping the 483 issues secret from the rest of us was a despicable act that warrants a law suit. I am not sure how far the law suit will go but I am glad it is taking place because executives need to know that deceitful actions should not proceed without punishment
