Corporations are built with hard work, not shells. You learned that, right? You have StockHolmes. Get rid of it.

This shell will not die anyway. They will not let it no matter what they say in their filings, IMO. The banks will get their way.

So, that leaves you SETTING YOUR OWN AGENDA. You've got your SANDBOX. Forcing them all to COME TO YOU and face your issues.

I don't think you can find a pair or brass to do this.
