BTW, we don't expect to win a dam thing. As common shareholders, we would be the last in line to be paid, after Corey, Madison, Doug Black(?) BusinessWire, and any other people Paul never paid these many years.

IF those entities/persons wish to file as creditors, of course. Maybe some of them won't.

Unfortunately, insiders like Rodrigo would get nothing. According to the attorney, Insiders are never considered creditors.

So a win in the fraud case would not get Rodrigo a check for back salary, or the shares he says Paul took from him.

Afterwards, the company will be gone. There will be nothing left of NCVT. There will be nothing from which to build a new corp.
