If Toby doesn't mention it in his buy current holdings list - then chances are he's already quietly bailed.
Just like countless reccos that went up big on hype and then back down to obsurity...
MOBL, NEOM etc...

Heck, the only person guaranteed to make money is Toby and cohorts since they say 'buy' and his subscribers (and many not) will surely move it up..
