I'm not sure there is one or two things pressing the share price down, but here are some areas to explore:
I think it was in April 2007, when the restriction (lock-up)on the Zeros&Ones shares paid to the original RocketStream shareholders ended. There have been a fairly large number of those VOYT (formerly ZROS) shares being sold. I think I posted some of those SEC filing (provided by Vickers) on this board.
Some items that might be positive for the company in the long term could be seen as draining cash in the short to medium term. The entry into in-flight broadband with Adapt4; the purchase of Wild Woods and its subsidiary DL Music; the cost of launching RocketStream's update; expansion of Sports Immortals Internet portal; etc..
One thing I have noticed is the fact that Tobin Smith doesn't seen to be including VOYT in his recent items sent out to his MicroCap subscribers. The most recent example was the one I did in the post about his, "Let the Fireworks Begin". When I did the symbol search I did not find VOYT. Here are the ones I found in "Let the Fireworks Begin": ABP, AIS, BMD, INO, MOBL.OB, NRLS.OB, NXXI, OCLS, RPTN.OB, SPPI, TREN.OB
As I have said before, since I do NOT subscribe most of what I try in the symbol search are taken from promos, disclosures lists, and other public places.
I know that there are many other reasons VOYT (or any stock can rise or fall), but like you I believe this price range may be attractive, if it holds.
