gandalf; At .75, it will take 3-4 months to get it to ~.35. If we do recover it will be 3-5 years down the road, but with an additional 400 M shares to sell, I doubt even that will happen. So you see, if you vote yes, you are sure to lose. At least you have a chance if the R/S is voted down, which BTW I do not think will happen. I will however use my remaining shares to vote against.
