I still believe the ball in is in AMEP's court. They have an ever so dwindling window of time to make things happen here. A couple of PR's that set the tone going forward. If they think holding water @.03 is tough....wait for .75 with no news... oh..it is just too scarey.

They have minimal to no support going into this next phase of their development unless things change drastically very shortly. For some reason, keeping or hiring a level of expertise that is necessary to rekindle a new momentum...I'm guessing...does not include the CO's position? I read that as dilution to keep existing members intact...not necessarily growing out...and if so...that needs to be clarified.

I don't feel good about this R/S yet I fear the repurcussion of voting it down.

How can this go forward...hoping for a new exchange...when fiduciary responsibilities are at question, current shareholders are unhappy, and information is like stealing a brick out of Fort Knox!! This is just miserable.

Things really do need to change...and precious little time exists. I'm hopeful some major news breaks before the vote to get the SP on a good note...I'm not holding my breath....
