Looks like many jumped the gun selling today,and paying attention to non substaniated info!!

my email to Don: someone got an email....from you claiming that the float(tradeable shares were 14 million, use to be 2.8million just before change from awyb to hvln.... the OS is 40 million per TA as you say!!! most on the board now believe you sold shorts 11 million shares to cover the short and that is why there is 14 million in the float versus 2.8 million.......can you clear this matter up .....help me out here!! thanks

It is at 14 million because we issued to a Minn company last week for funding 8 million which is not going anywhere, we just completed the two gyms for a tune of 350,000 in build outs and equipment we own everything with no leases..Why doesnt someone come to Florida and report back to the share holders the business that we are in
