spotfree, a question I emailed Jay back
in December regarding this subject, although we are now out of this equation, I do believe, and imo.

MOBL currently owns 100% of Kite. Why, therefore, do you
suggest that the stock dividend would be for only a "small
percentage" of Kite?

MOBL would be able to refocus on acquisitions and growing
our existing businesses. I believe we can generate real
value there and I believe Jerry can drive value in Kite as
a stand alone pure play.
