is misleading, agreed...but they get off the hook with this line near the end: "Furthermore, PAIM believes that since 2005 it has been a victim of naked short selling and applauds this latest action taken by the SEC, but is concerned that the new rules will not be vigorously enforced."

But then what does anybody expect from those characters?
