S_O_G you read what you choose that's not what I wrote. He will be responsible as would any other signor. However he wasn't present during many of the reporting periods so I would assume he has drawn up agreements that would produce penalty payment for errors in the restatement. In other words accountability.

You can extend accountability to anyone willing to sign for it. It does not absolve anyone.
