JRSE? penny plays rising 100%-400% in a day, only to fall by the end of the day/couple days later

someone buys $1000-$2000 of a subpenny stock i.e 0.002, then they buy another $1000 or so, pushing the price up 50-100%

then alerts go crazy, everyone starts posting 'wow' then others start buying the shares of the person who bought the first few batches, the first person who bought sells out, more bagholders come on board
