that is what i heard also. they are selling the shells under the name IFGX.com http://www.ifgx.com/contactus.htm All calls are handeled by the IR guy of EFGO. Allin said IFGX was merged into EFGO sometime ago but but never Pr'd. I think they are waiting for some serious $$$ flows to come in from shell sales to Pr this.
