Well, Shells are Listed companies that have no Actual business operations, but can be utilized by compnaies trying to get a listing on an exchange.

Companies can either buy the Shell, or Reverse Merge into them and then take their business into the empty, not operating Shell.

Also to get an uplisting, companies will often Reverese Merge into a Shell on a higher exchange to expediate the uplisting process.

Typically these Shells are worth $200,000 or more each.

I believe EFGO owns 2 OTC Shells and 4 Pink Shells, but I forget the definite Ratio.
