S_O_G so you think he will just walk in and sign a bunch of financials? He is going to want a lot of sweat from the auditors on the line along with whoever has been talking with the SEC in the room. I suspect there will be some back up documents created by Lienwand to extend accountability to a few people beyond himself. I have not been subject to Sarbanes/Oxley but the reading of it clearly makes it unfreindly to signatories.
