These are in the hands of others, most are not in his direct control.

Lexington is simply a issue of stock, which will take place as soon as there are current financials.
Airships are in the hands of others in his direct control.
So we are left with the important issues:
Cashflow items
Vender supplier conversations.
Getting out the financial reports.
