I agree crash but making the payment after you are sued is a bad way to do business wouldn't you agree ? Globetel currently has a total of 9 indebtedness lawsuits against them for not paying their bills/rent. The one's that have dispositions are all in favor of the plaintiff and globetel lost. My question is if globetel can find the money to pay the debt after the judgement wouldn't it be easier to just pay the bills to begin with ? It'd sure save the company and investors alot of money in fees and court costs wouldn't you agree ?

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
