The SEC knows this and I believe all this will come out if indeed it does go to a jury trial.

The trial is OVER. What part of that are you having trouble understanding? As I pointed out earlier today, if you want a jury trial, you have to ask for one at the outset of the proceedings. Evidently Fluffy didn't do that. You don't get do-overs in lawsuits.
