The last thing that the SEC wants is a jury trial due to the unpredictability of ordinary citizens. Given the popularity ratings of Bush and Congress they may side with the underdog .The SEC knows this and I believe all this will come out if indeed it does go to a jury trial.One thing is absolutely true ,this company must be destoyed ASAP before the new rules take affect .If it is still around and there are 10 times the outstanding that were counterfeited, sheer chaos will insue.
