PAVC has 6.9 million in yearly sales - based on a sector avg. of 2.5 P/S, it's worth $17.25 million IF it is performing to sector averages. That puts the PPS at .43 (on 40 million shares).

Trouble is, they are not performing well financially.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
