I'll tell you this much...if they are forced into involuntary BK - the common will be wiped...no equity whatsover.

That's why I can't understand why such seasoned vets like Nerd don't sell now. Absorb the capital loss and if they really B-LIEVE...buy back in if the thing were to take off (which it won't).

Oh well...the K-Minnows are counting on lots of folks to do the wrong thing.
