In not having any experience with having assets outside the country I have no answer. The IP is valuable and could be sold outside of BK. Inside BK it has little value. That's why I see BK as being a poor answer for Kostro. There are lots of ways to stop the creditors from forcing bk the main one is personal guarantees. The cards are still being dealt in this part of the game.
