IMO... what's left to be dealt with won't stop...

BCIT from trading lynnb. Contesting jurisdiction of the court (and therefore it's right to handle the case)... "Stricken"...
Motion to dismiss (I'm sure because those that call Megas' actions "frivolous" wanted to stall things, IMO).. "Stricken".

Now let's see if Megas has enough stuff/info/proof/bodies to get over any real hurdles that were left for us to trade again.
This other stuff, imo, is just board chatter.
