Thanks ohbull. My attorney said this was not frivolous. Also, regarding fleshpedals post, so you believe this could resume trading even if the case continues, and Megas IS planning a failure to comply suit? Or, do you think this will cause further trading delays, and 'stall tactics'? Thanks
