As far as information disclosed on this board:

1). Vern is an ex-employee who no longer holds a single share of GTEM stock.

2). Axel Lavater is Klaus Baum, self-outed in a post deleted, and an ex-employee. His holdings are in question.

Does anyone think they have an axe they are grinding?
