I knew MOBL would use that $1MM
promissory note, as they didn't have the money. Monday will not be pretty. I'll eat Jay for lunch if he chooses to have a CC, and if that sack 'o shit is up to the challenge, rest assured.

In May 2007, the Company borrowed $1,100,000 from Cornell Capital under a promissory note in order to help bridge the Company’s cash flow shortfall until a sale of the Wireline Business is completed.
