$48 to $98 Per Gallon Clarification

When we first started talking about using JR Juice as an Additive, we used the numbers $15 to $25 per gallon. The few numbers we ran at $15 were astronomical. That is why when I saw these new numbers from Mr. Garjian, who is a reliable source, I was taken aback and slightly confused.

So, I contacted Mr. Garjian with that question, "Could you please explain how you got the $48 to $98 per gallon numbers for the Additive for E-Diesel. He replied promptly with this exact response:

"JR Fuel as an additive is priced at $48.00 per gallon. That gallon produces another 100 gallons of E-diesel that will give USSE another $.45 to $.50 cents/gallon income".

I do not want to bother the gentleman again, but I am still confused a bit. Can anyone explain further? Who would pay USSE $48 for the Gallon of Additive (or is that price just charged in the sales price of the Fuel)?

He said in his post, that he has been researching this, so the numbers must be close to reality. All I know is an Additive at $15 was hugely profitable, at $48 per gallon blows my mind. No wonder, USSE dropped the Power Generation Business Model, E-Diesel is exponentially more lucrative.
