Well then don't take my word for it....Sandy stated that the Float was at 14 Billion during the same Traders Nation interview in which he stated that the OS was around 15 Billion.....

I only use the CMF indicator to suggest that dilution is still on-going...but the real evidence came directly from the horses mouth....

and at the time, the OS was supposed to 12.2 Billion....how do you get a Float of approximately 14 Billion without dilution....and restricted (converted) shares don't count!
