Sandy referred to "about" 15 billion outstanding which included the conversion. Your float numbers are questionable based on what? CMF? That is an indicator open to interpretation. Read it the way you want, but don't list it as fact please. I don't believe there is dilution...some selling by people getting scared out, yes... but dilution will have to be proven to me by more than interpretting an indicator.

Whatever I say is my opinion -- and I don't know anything, so don't listen to me.
