Dallas, I got a $300 money order for the opinion letter from my local bank (Washington Mutual) and overnighted it (USPS Express Mail) to Paivis' corporate counsel, to the attention of Michael Stegawski. The reason I went with a money order was so that the attorney wouldn't have to wait for a personal check to clear. Here's the exact address:
