well august 15 seems to be the right ti me for a run since thats the date the SEC wont allow anymore naked shorting to detroy stocks and momo for shareholders. Dan might be waiting for the date so he makes sure longs are paid and dont have to worry about smmw being naked shorted ever again. the whole stock world will be happy on august 15.
