It may not be an outright lie, but it certainly is misleading. The photo, that is. And you're right...it also appears on the DKGR board. And probably many more. But if you look at lot of pink sheet web sites you'll see similar stuff. Clip art and photos and montages of photos that look slick, serious and important but do not necessarily pertain whatsoever to what the company may currently be doing. For example, AMEP has for years shown a big oil tanker. Has nothing to do with their particular oil/gas interests in the Barnett Shale region. I often look at various pink sheet sites and they always try to look slick and serious, but I have a feeling they were put together by web builders with almost zero help from the company. So they use stock photos and the mangement page often has blank boxes with 'coming soon.' Only they never come.

I'm not necessarily saying EAGM is a scam, but I've been watching it as it has cratered--along with MGMX. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak.

With pinks, the buyer must always be doubly aware. JMHO.
