Nerd you are correct to a certain degree however as usual you've missed the point of that post. It had nothing to do with the cwid trials nor with who owns what with respect to the hotzone. I've said before that from all indications (and you can verify this with my previous posts here) that globetel owns or used to own exclusive rights to the hotzone 4000 series base stations but again (this can also be verified) I really don't care who owns what and who has rights to what in respect to globetel wireless and trimax wireless it is as you say "irrelevent" to me. Let me quantify my point of that post with the following:

Quote from the June 8, 2007 trident PR: (pertinent in caps)

"Peter Khoury, Chief Executive Officer of GlobeTel Communications, stated, "We're once again honored to have been accepted into an important military demonstration, FOLLOWING OUR ACCEPTANCE INTO CWID (Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration), and we intend to showcase the benefits of our technologies specifically for the achievement of maritime objectives both as standalone systems and as integrated with those of other Trident Warrior '08 participants."

Quote from the May 29,2007 cwid PR: (pertinent in caps, two points of interest)

"GlobeTel WAS INVITED TO CWID TO DEMONSTRATE its proprietary HotZone 4000 Series in support of the Homeland Security side of the demonstration, for these specific objectives:"

AND

""We're honored TO HAVE BEEN INVITED TO SHOWCASE the capabilities of our HotZone system to the United States and allied military community in support of their critical communications objectives," stated Peter Khoury, Chief Executive Officer of GlobeTel Communications."

I'm assuming now that you're gathering my point to this, globetel states in the earlier pr that they were magestically invited to this cwid trial but in a later pr say they were accepted into the trials and further they state they are "overseeing" their contractor in the final stages.....blah blah blah. The contractor of course being trimax but trimax is the one that applied for acceptance into the trials and trimax is the company that was accepted by and sponsered by the navy in the cwid trials. My point is showing the same old globetel pr garbage that has always come from globetel. It's globetel's same old slight of hand only this time there was a "slip of the tongue".
